I'm 59th day of no porn no instagram I'm doing no nut november and 39th day of minoxidil for my beard, what I noticed is I have an increase in memory and soing stuffs no more acne but man having a mustache knowing that when i began I had 0 mustache nice beard but I'm feeling dead sexually when everyone claims to have blue balls urges me zero when i used to be horny high libido now nothing, I also notice sometimes light vibration on pelvic floor and like I lost muscle mass on pelvic floor I just feel bones, so I'm assuming I have a tight and a weak pelvic floor
