Do we have organisations in place that work to support promising candidates run against established party officials?

Context: I was watching the Netflix documentary on the win of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez in the United States. She was nominated by her brother to be selected by an organisation called Brand New Congress that supports rising working class leaders in running against their local party leaders.

I was wondering do we have such an organisation in place in India that brings these people to the forefront?

Let me clear, I fully understand that politics is very different and so are the laws in India and the States. But there are so many grass roots workers in our country as well and they should be given the resources to fight against well equipped big party leaders.
