I have a Redmi Note 4 SD625

I have a problem after replacing the battery

1. charging from 0 to 100 is only 1 hour (the battery capacity is 4000mAh it should be around 3 hours to fully charge) I think this battery is only charged between 2000 or 2500mAh

2. charging always gets stuck at some point (example: the battery percentage is 87% but the indicator light turns green and the percentage is stuck at this point, I have to unplug and re-plug to continue)

3. The phone always reboot suddenly

What should I do? Will changing to another battery make a change?
