Misunderstanding about Rinnegan abilities so far

Actually I've been thinking about this for a long time but I'm waiting for certainty. So since the new episode on Boruto 134 I began to think that not every Rinnegan users can do 6 path Rinnegan jutsu automatically like Pain/Nagato.

1. Obito said he would use human path to see Yamato's mind, during his conversation with Kabuto. Yet, finally he's not using it so we can't consider it. And on every battles he only use the outer path.
2. Madara only use preta path (even can't absorb Mei Terumi's lava and Pain absorb sea of hot oil from Sage Jiraiya), deva path (only for chibaku tensei), outer path, and his special ability since the original user (limbo).
3. Sasuke only use deva path (still not sure for Shinra Tensei), preta path (only absorb raw chakra not jutsu), and his special ability since the original user (amenotejikara and open portal dimension).
4. Momoshiki only use preta path altough that his special way better than the others preta path. More like eating jutsu than absorbing it because he absorbs it instantly without waiting for time like the others. Only that.
5. Urashiki have multiple different color Rinnegan different function each other and yet those abilities there's nothing like we discussed.
6. Forget about Hagoromo he's concept and supporting character. His abilities are filler.

So my point that for 4 path which is human path, naraka path, animal path, and ashura path is only Nagato's abilities not include another Rinnegan users. How about you to think this?
