Freighters post Synthesis have a frigate fleet size of 36!

I already have an S class freighter. I decided to hunt for a new one to get the 9 tech slots. Starting noticing that the freighter info in the visor HUD was showing "Fleet Size 36" when I landed to inspect the freighters after the space battle. Went back to my old freighter to check and it showed "Fleet Size 30". Yay! More frigates! I am still trying for my S class freighter... I will report back if it supports more than 36.

Edit: Good news / bad news. I got my new S class freighter with 9 tech slots, however, the Fleet Size value reverted back to 30 in the visor HUD after purchasing. Reloaded, no difference. I'll try to see if it will let me buy a new frigate...

Edit 2: No dice trying to buy a new frigate after getting the new S class freighter. What a let down! Sorry to get your hopes up. Happy hunting interlopers!
