Moving to Vietnam - Restaurant/Hospitality jobs?

Hi, I'm 24 and planning on moving to Saigon next year from the UK. I'm fluent in English and am starting to learn basic Vietnamese. I was just wondering how likely it would be for me to get a job as a waiter in a restaurant or cafe, or a job in a hotel?

Also if anyone has any recommendations of good sites or groups to look for rooms?
