Hi I need sum help

OK so I have windows 10 and whenever I open file manager and I do something on it the screen turns a bit white everything freezez nothing works and I have to restart my PC my games like minecraft and others work just fine but anything with my file manager and boop literally everything freezes so idk what to do i have tried restarting the computer by pressing the power button for 5 seconds but it's not fixed and I have most of my games on a separate hard drive just minecraft on my local disk I have tried guides on the internet but it doesn't work so I have turned to this place please help I need them files
