A game I used to play in my childhood. [PC- Windows XP] [Sometime 2004-10?]

It was a game I used to play in my early childhood. It was about a (green?) rabbit. I don't remember exactly but it was some kind of Platformer or Metroidvania type game. Jump off platforms, hit enemies, collect collectables, etc. If you went far enough in the first or second level, a witch randomly appeared and turned the rabbit into a frog. I used to play it on a Windows XP PC, sometime from 2004-10. That's all I remember.
