Shugoki perks and feats?

What are the best 3 perk combinations and feats for dominion. I have understood that defensive perks wont stack up like using bastion and last stand. Vengefull barrier is ok I think?

Should I drop bastion all together and opt for vengefull barrier, last stand and remedy/feline?

Also would hard to kill stack up on this or should I use rock steady?
