Can any1 help my with setup streamlabs?

Hello.

Anyone here who can help with the best setting for streamlabs with this setup?

CPU: i7 9700k - overclocket to 4.5gz

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1080

ram: 16GB ddr4

I've tried a lot of things, but think there's a little delay on my mouse when I'm streaming or it's not running optimally
