[UK]Flour recommendations?

I’ve been baking bread for a few weeks now, to varying degrees of success.

My staple flour has been Waitrose essential strong white bread flour. It makes pretty tasty bread, and has been a good base for walnut bread, milk bread, bao and a load of other things.

However, there must be something better, that will knock my bollocks off, [UK] bakers of breadit -
