The toxicity in this sub is beyond me

I’m rather new to this sub (not to the game), and have been browsing this sub, and the toxicity honestly shocks me. And I was wondering, why is it so bad? In a sub made for a mobile game...

• The amount of downvoters here is ridiculous. Posts and comments getting downvoted for absolutely no reason whatsoever. For example, someone trying to help would get downvoted, someone who gives a clear and correct answer would get downvoted, someone asking for help with rankings will get downvoted.

• People violate a rule, post something they shouldn’t, then get angry at the mods... because they didn’t read the rules and broke one? I don’t understand why the moderators get the blame when they are just doing their job

• Many rude replies and responses to questions that aren’t even “commonly” asked. Normal questions in general get downvoted, answers get downvoted or are rude, etc.

• I’ve seen multiple (off topic) arguments between people in some posts, with unnecessary rudeness, which results in moderators stepping in. Why are there even arguments in the first place?

• Linked to the post before this one, most of the arguments are started by people who troll. Don’t understand why there are trolls in a Mario Kart Tour sub. A mobile game designed for kids.

This isn’t me trying to bite at anyone, but I was wondering, why is it so bad here? It’s not pleasant, and doesn’t feel very welcoming for the newer people, like myself, in this sub.
