How to get my first student?

Hi,Posted a few times here about starting a parttime tutoring gig. So I know my target audience and where to find them but I don't know how to reach them. This is part time and I can't handle to many students right now (This will change when I find a property in the future) but I do want to start ASAP on a small scale.

My thoughts: -Cold messaging the poster to certain people on facebook (Unsure as I don't know if this ethical) -Leaflets through people's door (Extremely time consuming and I know a lot of people automatically disregard them without reading) -posters ( downside being that I can't control who sees them, Unlikely but what if too many people contact me)

Any ideas? Cheers
