Dizziness sucks

I'm not sure how well the help on here will be but I appreciate anything. Hi I got punched in the face 2 nights ago while drinking with friends. I have a swollen eye right now. It's fine but my main concern is that I get extremely dizzy when I move around or I can't fall asleep because it feels like I'm falling in a dream when I start to doze off. Is this cause to go to the emergency room?
