Student in Belgium-Damp issues

Hello.

I recently moved to study in Belgium, 3 months ago.

My landlord is not one of the nicest people, this is relevant later.

Yesterday I noticed that where my bed is, next to an outer wall, the bottom of the wall is dripping wet, and it drips water onto the floor when it rains.

I checked under my mattress, in 3 months because I didn't see the issue, it grew mold.

Today rained and the floor in that area close to that wall was wet, the bottom of the wall was damp.

Is it something I caused because of condensation? I air and ventilate daily.

I am afraid if I call the landlord she will make me pay for the damages and I can't afford it.

I am 100% sure it is damp penetrating from the outside, I am on the botton floor.

What whould I do?
