My brother teenage rebellion events

I need advice for how to make him listen to me for once. He is 18 years old.

He been lying for 8-9 months of starting work at 8am but the actual time is 7.30am. Someone has complain to his boss, now my family just found out about this which disappoint me.

I did ask him 'why are u doing this', he replied saying that because there's no customer early in the morning what's the point coming early. "Well rules are rules, you need to listen to boss" I said.

In school, he nearly locked in prison because teachers caught him bring one bottle of Carlsberg to his class. But the police said he was underage luckily he did not end up in there.

I'm still his sister and fully responsible taking care of him. Today, he said to me that i keep on blaming him and never trust me again. I NEED HELPP!!!
