How badly will an i3-6100 bottleneck a GTX 1650 or an RX 570?

I'm getting back into the groove of things when it comes to PC components and I think the 1650 and RX 570 are just what I'd need if I were to upgrade (don't know if I will, just checking them out of curiosity). I don't want to have to change almost everything in my system for a new CPU, but I am aware that the i3-6100 isn't exactly what it used to be for budget gaming. So how big is the bottleneck here?
