Steam balck Friday deal

This is the first year I'm actually going to take advantage of steam deals. So this is what I'm thinking so far: Prey(offline game when traveling) Rocket league(multiplayer) And the steam controller

Are these good? I was originally shooting for 1 offline one and 1 multiplayer online one.

Don't want anything too expensive. Under $20 each is preferred.
