Difficulty

This game is way too fucking hard, I have played the black caves on normal 10 times now and followed some tips I read online but it's literally impossible.

I spend tons of money trying to improve stability even getting the ones which speed up establishing the initiatives yet barely anything happens and then suddenly the support absolutely TANKS with -1 every day and I lose. And at the same time my entire army of 3 coalition soldiers are busy encircling some insurgents and then two entirely new groups of insurgents spawn on the other side of the map and take over like 5 regions before I have the time to destroy the other ones which for some reason can barely be defeated by 3 coalition soliders and a garrison supporting them for some godforsaken reason.

The difference in difficulty compared to the previous missions is absolutely insane.

Edit: I FINALLY DID IT.

This is what I did. I imediately got all but the last education reform, then I waited a bit and got the representatives and PR stuff, then I built highways. Then I waited a bit and bought 2 coalition as the rebels spawned. Then I waited a bit and got some corruption and then the last education one. I let the insurgents stay in the mountains and attacked them as they tried to escape them and slowly built up and upgraded the national guard while getting some telecom and electricity, sanitation etc.

Mostly I think it was luck.
