Is cloud drake still the new LOW-KEY best drake?
The previous patch people believed that the best drakes were inferno and mountain, but statistically speaking the best drake was cloud drake because movement speed means a lot. It can give you that +100g from a wave that you otherwise wouldn't have gotten to. It can help you to avoid skill shots that otherwise could have done +300 dmg to you. You can make it "just in time" to save someone or contest an objective. Movement speed gave players so many possibilities, hence why it was removed.
Now is 10% cdr the new LOW-KEY Best? I've had a few games where someone on my team said their ult was 1sec away from being off cd, but what does this really mean?
Consider a tryndamere. That tryndamere could be 1 second off from having his ult off cd and could potentially be in a fight long enough to be able to wipe out an entire team. This may seem like an unlikely situation, but it's not as unlikely as you think. Fights need to happen and ultimates are vital for those fights being successful. What does a successful fight mean?
Successful fights mean you and your team secure objectives, get more gold for items and win the game as an end result.
Cloud drake may still be the LOW-KEY best drake in league of legends. Hail to the Air.
(I am not talking about cloud dragon soul just cloud drake)
