How to deal with those dumb tanks

Just got the game and there is a lot of things that bug me when i compare them to wildlands but the worst thing BY far is all those bulletsponge cars and tanks that take 5 mags to shoot and ruin a perfect stealth infiltration of a base. How do I get rid of them quietly and effectively? cause right now its ruining my entire gameplay experience
