Good and fun build guides

I know I am late to the party but I just recently bought new vegas ultimate edition as it was on sale on steam. I previously played the vanilla version and had fun building an unarmed character. I am interested to hear what are some fun and good builds you can go in the ultimate edititon. Currently, I am playing a science energy weapon build and doing the old world blues quest.
