Please may I have some advice on anatomy?

Good afternoon. Recently I have had a lot of difficulty drawing anatomy to the point where I'm starting to experience burn out from it. I have been practicing as much as I can but it doesn't seem to get easier. In fact, it gets harder and longer. As a result, I tend to restrict myself to upper body shots as I get burnt out by the time I reach the legs. The other reason is because my PC can't take that amount of RAM while drawing. XD

The ridiculous thing is I don't remember it being such an issue when I was a teenager drawing in my scrapbooks. I know it was hard but when I look back the pictures were not bad at all! So why now? (brain: it's because you're a perfectionist and can't bear to release anything that isn't perfect as you are only as good as your last drawing and people will judge you, as you're supposed to be a better artist at your age).

My issue is I seem to take ten times as long to draw something that anyone else can draw in fifteen minutes. So for example, someone can do linework in an hour, I would take a week. I can't do it anymore and simply saying "just practice" isn't cutting it.

So does anyone have any anatomy tips they could share, please? Maybe I could study articles or books? I really want to improve and stop getting so downhearted.

Thanks, everyone. :)
