I didn't think I could do it...

I was planning to join C25K but couldn't find an active local group. I started taking physical fitness classes at my college. From the first day my instructor was all about, Go HARD!

Its been 4 weeks since I started working out. About hour and half of weight training and one hour of cardio, three times a week. Today I was bored so I thought let me try running outside instead of a treadmill. I ran THREE fucking miles without any breaks. I broke my own record by twenty minutes. I didn't think I could run 5K. I did it. I am ready for 5K. The best part was, after running, I wasn't exhausted instead I was fresh and ready more like FUCK YEAH!!

TL;DR : First time in 4 weeks of training I ran outside and I finished 3 miles. I never ran so much. I never thought I could do it so soon. But I did it.

You can do it Fitit. You can do it. Just Go HARD!

Edit : Thanks guys!! I am feeling all the pain now. Its a good reward.
