What helped me most (besides finding the right meds and my current support from reddit)
I feel like I keep posting this on everyone's thread, so I'm just going to say it here: There's a book called Feeling Good by David Burns, M.D. that teaches Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I thought it was really hokey that reading a book was going to magically cure me, but it really did help and I highly recommend it to all of you. (Sorry if this feels like advertising, I promise I get nothing, it just really helped me and I'm hoping it can help all of you)
