So my thumb clicks a lot, anything I can do about it?

I'm tall and lanky, 19 years old. I have many random health issues and now I think I have some form of repetitive motion injury from clicking my trackpad.

It's been annoying me off and on (with frequency of computer use) for about a year and now it just clicks all the time during movement.

Can't find anything on WebMD and the /health subreddit doesn't seem to fit the bill. Thanks for any help and insight!
