The best thing about macs is that the whole trackpad clicks unlike windows where only the 2 bottom buttons click

My Dell clicks everywhere.

Oooh like a button? Or a touch tap

Button, same travel/feel/sound as the "buttons on the bottom". Dell G7 gaming laptop. Honestly though I never use the track pad, track pads are worse than mice and nice are terrible. Trackballs are so much better especially for a laptop/portable application.

You said

where only the two bottom buttons click

Which is why I said that above.

The trackpad clicking on the bottom is different. Personally, I don't ever "click" my touchpads on mac or windows as I prefer light taps and can tap anywhere on the trackpads.

On the other hand, all three of my windows laptops have touchscreens.

Lots of windows laptops have glass full click touch pads. The surface laptop for example.

I have a surface laptop 3. Where is that full click touchpad you are talking about? Because on mine it sure as hell only clicks about 2/3 in.

Microphone

How is that related to trackpads?

Technically the Mac Trackpads now don't click anywhere 😬
