A bit out of context, but what mod are you using. Talking about the one that shows the sidescraping angles o the bottom left

Seems to be the first thing under [ Damage Panels ] in Aslain Modpack. My install is in Polish so I can't tell you how exactly it is called. Damage Panels seem to be after various reticle options and before graphics mods, just a little bit after halfway point of all the options.
