The devil is in the details!

I produced a sign for client, but it wasn't to clients specifications.

Salesperson who is also a boss "the client told me she wanted made this specific way!".

Me "why didn't those details make on to the work order?".

Salesperson"I can't manage every little detail of every order!".

Me thinking to my self. "What the fuck are you doing taking orders then?".

What I actually say "These kind of details need to make onto the work order"

They reply "No, you need to check with me about every design orders."

I give up. "Ok."
