Probably because it passed 2pm in the country you were in?

They changed how CD functions.  It needs to be *caught* in the timezone between the CD boosted hours of 11am to 2pm.

I know last CD with Chimchar I left an encounter with a shmundo open for legit 6-7 hours because I fell asleep.  I caught it later and it was still a shmundo.

This time, cant do that fellas.

Same happened to me today. Left a shundo on my screen . Was waiting for cooldown. Fell asleep. Caught it a few hours later and it’s no longer shiny - just a hundo. Gutted.

Sigh... Same thing happen to me too

Now I'll wait for CD to complete before shiny checking again

Also if using ispoofer, when you click a spawn or coordinate to teleport to, it will show the local time. So if on CD, make sure the when the time CD is finish to catch the mon, it is before 2pm or 9pm (because its when the 11am-2pm and 9am-9pm event ends), I believe the shiny will change after these 2 timing

My beautiful shundo Bagon that I waited 2 whole hours to catch became unshiny sometime between when I caught him an hour ago and when I went to evolve him just now. Why would this happen?
