Cook Islands flag on Jeremy’s PBR

The flag on Jeremy’s boat is that of Cook Islands, which is a circle of white stars and a Union Jack on it. To me this seems like a play on Brexit. The EU flag is a circle of stars and then the Union Jack “outside” of it. Seems to fit in well with his kind of humour.
