Apartment hunting dilemma

Hi,

So I've been doing the apartment hunt with different agents who take me to apartments and give me their pricing.

So on Thursday I found a nice place in Nahda 2 and I really liked the price and perks.

and today while I'm out with another agent. he takes me to the same place and offers the same pricing.

now mind you, I didn't know he was going to show me the same place.

The biggest difference is that the second guy had his own rera card and all first guy just kept saying this one sent me that one sent me. and he didn't have a card of his own.

So I'm not sure which guy i should go with. as I like the apartment but I'll sorta be paying an extra 1k to the first guy cause he is not the guy getting the commission.

any ideas on what I should do? it more of a moral dilemma
