Hold up now. They never once confirmed that the DMC series would be a Netflix deal. Everyone just assumed it would be because of Castlevania. The same assumption was made when Shankar said DMC would be in "the bootleg universe same as Castlevania", implying they'd share a universe. That's also incorrect: Bootleg Multiverse is the name of Adi Shankar's production line/entertainment franchise. It also includes Assassin's Creed and something else I can't recall. They ain't sharing a universe lol.

People be making too many assumptions up in here.

Considering one of the tags is also “crunchyroll”, I’ll take the safe bet this isn’t related to the Netflix series.

> Unless he's voicing Vergil himself which. . .

That would never happen.

Who knows? Maybe he's voicing any unknown character.

He's probably just using the tag of a previous work for visibility purposes.

There is a DMC show in the making for Netflix, though. It's from the same creators of Castlevania, and if that show is any indication, I don't think we'll see V in the first season, or at all.

Unless he's voicing Vergil himself which. . . Would be a little weird for me seeing someone other than Dan voice him.

Could have tagged it just to have his post reach more people, but there is that DMC animated show that was announced awhile back.

Comments say it's a currently airing anime,it not dmc. Please stop getting your news from jojowifi.

V’s voice actor teases new project, tags “DMC5” and “tvseries” says whatever it is will be revealed “soon” but is under and NDA right now
