FPS problems with EA games with my rx 5700

Is anyone have problems with EA games? Because since I have updated my graphics card from 980 ti to rx 5700 I have massive problems with fps drops and my gpu usage is dropping the same way. In BF 5 I have like 40-70 fps on 1080p at any settings same goes to NFS Heat. The GPU usage usually moving from 0-90% randomly. With the 980 ti I had 75-100 fps on ultra settings in BF5.

What could be the problem?

I have a ryzen 5 1600x CPU and a Pulse rx5700.
