Juul causing chest pain?

For the past idk 4-5 days or so my chest where my heart is has been giving me a weird painful feeling. Almost like pressure along with today a starting arm pain. I've been googling this stuff and it says ofc I'm having a heart attack. Which my blood pressure is fine I checked it etc. I'm just curious if anyone else has had this same thing happen to them after smoking juul pods? I'm a pod a day kind of dude, and I'm going to put it down now and see if that helps. Just curious making sure I dont have some type of heart problem.
