Just broke my phone, What should I buy on budget?

I just "accidentally" broke my old iphone 5.

Since I'm going on vacation in a few days I need to buy a new one today.

What are some good options for the budget around 100-200$?I've been looking at the Huawei Y6 2019, if there are better phones then please tell me!

Found a used phone in crisp condition.

Huawei Mate 20 pro for about 250$, slightly above my budget but I think its worth it.
