Question about Kiss

I Know You Have a Girlfriend is not on Spotify and when I was looking up track listings I saw another one Almost Said It that I have never seen included with the album. I started liking Carly around 2014 then went back after E-Mo-Tion made her my absolute favorite artist, so I guess I missed a Deluxe or special release or something when going deeper into her catalogue?

Anyone know why I Know You Have a Girlfriend isn’t included anymore and what’s up with the other track?
