How long does cream mixed with tomato puree last (in and out of the fridge)?

As tomato puree makes the cream sour, I wonder how it affects its 'shelf life'.

I love these 2 together, but I am worried to try it out myself because I dont have that much money to throw away bad food if I could have prevented it from going bad.
