Same way i watched some clips on Emre Can before his arrival at Juve. Man was playing like peak Pogba.

I no longer judge a player's ability based on some random clips scattered around the Internet.

Paredes is simply better than Can and Khedira. Getting Paredes in January in exchange for deadwood like Can would be a big upgrade. Pogba in January is an impossible task. No big midfielder is getting signed during the winter.

All three are equally worthless. If we do want an amazing upgrade, we need to make a Pogback.

Going from Can/Khedira to Paredes is an amazing upgrade though

He was always brillant the times I watch.

Would not change my opinion: Paredes is flaming garbage that should stay away from Juve as far as possible.

Paredes himself is not that good, but he is a good bench option for Pjanic. We can't have Bentancur playing the regista role when Pjanic is not playing. Rodrigo is becoming a really good Mezzala, so we need him on the right side.

Can is deadwood, he can't play as Regista and he is not good as Mezzala. Paredes at least is useful as bench option.

Why is this posted on /r/juve with zero context

Paredes is actually a very good player. Would be a great asset for us.

Guys, please save these kinds of threads for Mercato Monday, or at least provide a bit of context/analysis as to why a player might fit into our team.

Anything is upgrade over matuidi, khedira & can.
