[TOMT] Movie in which a little girl eats poop off of grass

I only remember 2 scenes. There is some kind of large picnic going on in a field. There is a table (possibly a long table) and adults and a bunch of kids are there. In one scene we see a girl being spanked by her dad or mother. The other kids are gathered around them and are astonished because the girl is not crying but smiling while looking at them. Thr other scene is just the kids in the same field and the other kids are teasing the spanked girl about eating poop that is in the grass. She picks up the poop and bites in it and starts chewing. The kids again look at her like 😱 and say something like "I can't believe she actually ate it!"
