Help with late state tubs.

So I have have had two not as successful tubs in the past and currently three tubs that are going strong! I’ve noticed a few things, one I should have used a liner seeing lots of side pins. Is there anyway to mitigate so much moisture loss? It is sitting in a 88% rh fruiting chamber and gets regular fae. I’m also then noticing lots of side pinning. I’m wondering after I harvest and pick all my current tubs, what next? Do I dunk them?? Just pour a cup or two of water in? What is the timeline for next fruiting stage?
