Am I the only one who has dropped something and tried to force grab it in real life?

Bro I’ve done it twice now, I put my hand out and then realize what I’m doing.
Can’t say I’ve done it fully but I have thought about it and then realized that I’m not in a virtual OS
He is beginning to believe.
I am becoming one with the os
BRO just came in here to post this
I feel so fucking stupid though when I do it. I dropped a pencil in class today and I reached my arm out and tried to grab it. I was thinking WAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIITTT, What the fuck am I doing? My friends thought I was so stupid
Haven’t had that. But earlier today I was driving and looked at my hands on the steering wheel, they just didn’t feel “real” it was quite disturbing..
Yeah every time I quit the game my real hands seem whack and I don't understand why
I think most vr games display the hand models a little off from what theyd actually look like. Mostly due to the size of the controllers I assume. My ability to pick things up has felt different since I got vr, but I noticed my driving has actually improved.
Nop, I touch my face with my index finger and the ingame finger was accurate
Yeah I’m sure that the hands aren’t offset at all, only difference is the hand/finger size, witch would be difficult and for the most part unnecessary to replicate.
Dude I've been having that as well for the last couple if days. Same when I'm scrolling on my phone.
It’s a pretty weird feeling..
I dropped a pencil in class and had the immediate thought to force grab it. But then I was like wait a second.
Sometimes when I wake up and still sleepy, I see my fingers moving and think "oh theh added full hand tracking on the oculus nice"
I accidentally caught myself trying it in other VR games
Ive done this five times in the last 6 days
Is force grabbing with the index controllers more natural because with rift s controllers it doesn't feel that natural so I don't think I could ever do this.
I play on a rift and it’s pretty similar to an index
I threw a mug and broke it
I wanted to check my phone, with my headset still on. I was confused for a solid 10 seconds
Left my keys on the dog kennel and tried to force grab them last Wednesday.
Haha yes the day after I got the game and played for 70 minutes.. It just feels so correct or, well, real. I'm so hyped for the vr future because of it :)

Kinda the same with me - I try to snap turn my real-life world instead of the virtual one.
Holy shit that’s awesome
I did this when I first got my vive last year, played vrchat for 7 hours with my friends, got 3 hours of sleep, woke up and was extremely tired and tried to move around in real life by moving my thumbs around like i was using the touchpad.
