Colonoscopy results.

Hey guys, Can someone help me interpret this colonoscopy report? Does this mean I definitely have Crohn’s since there’s inflammation in the terminal iluem and some in the colon?

I didn’t get to talk to my doctor because he was busy, but my parents did and they aren’t telling me much.

Can I know for sure this is Crohn’s Before the biopsy results though? Because I have way too many IBD symptoms (minus the diaherra, just loose broken up stools) and (minus the bleeding, I only have a few spots of blood on stool sometimes).

Also, if this is indeed early Crohn’s does it mean I can get it treated or even cured? Thanks so much guys :( I had to drop my semester of uni for this
