Touch won't go away

I have a Cintiq pro 16 on MacOS Mojave (connected to MacMini via USB cables), I just updated Wacom driver to 6.3.38-2 and now the Touch mode just can't be disabled, either via express key or via manual setting. (I already restarted my computer, nothing changed.) What can I do to disable it? any hope or I just need to wait for a new driver update?
