Help me find childhood movie!

So I must’ve been about 5 or 6 at the time. I really feel like this wasn’t a dream but I feel like I remember a movie where this guy says that wearing a pointy hood means you’re racist.

I know. I know. Not much to work with. I’ve literally been trying to find what this movie is called on google for the past 5 min and now my search history consists of ‘pointy hood racism movie’ or ‘pointy hoodie means racist’.

Would greatly appreciate it if anyone finds what I’m talking about. I would love you three thousand <3

Edit: also I realized how weird it is/was how a 5 or 6 year old would know what racism was. So maybe I was older?
