Just finished Cyber Sleuth... what is New Game +? How does it differ from New Game?

A more complete list:
- All your Digimon
- Memory Limit
- Usable items: Farm goods, equipment, costumes, etc.
- Your money
- Field guide completion
- Special Digivolution items like Digi-Eggs & Spirits as well as any completed requirements for game clear Digimon.
- Number and Rank of your DigiFarm islands (including any upgrade items if you forgot to use them)
- Medal collection (including ones in your inventory)
- Cyber Sleuth/Hacker Rank (if staying in the same game)
- Play time

Do you receive any additional rewards for new game+?

You can get a few recovery items based on your relationship levels with the other characters, but otherwise no. Not that I recall anyway.

I'm on the PS4 version. Can you transfer your digimon to hacker's memory? I heard that was a thing.
I don't particularly feel like grinding some megas again.

If you're on PS4 then you can't transfer the Digimon unless you have the Japanese version of the game. Also, the transfer feature wouldn't unlock until you beat Hacker's Memory the first time, so you'll have to train up your team all over again anyway.

I’d you choose “new game +” you start the game over with everything you have, all your items, Digimon and you even get the protagonists goggles as an accessory, it’s challenging to.
