I for one am 100% in favor of anything that
- Decreases the chances of gun confiscation* and
- Facilitates military-style training for able-bodied Americans outside of dying in BFME for the chosen people.
Hopefully this isn't just a bunch of fat guys running around LARPing like most right-wing movement here in the last few decades.

People always say "what states would break off if the US balkanized?", but for years I've been saying the real split will probably come at the county level, when sheriffs and local police have had enough and refuse to enforce the laws from the Federal government, and in the case of Virginia and many other states, a leftist urban core lording over a much larger number of rural counties. We're now seeing that happen, and I can only think it will accelerate. The urban-rural divide is real, and untenable.

The cities should be cleaved away from the rural areas and made their own states. Break up VA, TX, and especially CA.

People in my part of CA would unironically support a break off. The problem is there is always the quiet underhanded threat of wildfire relief if we do. That money will dry up really quick. It's one of the only things we benefit from being a small county in a big blue state.

Good. When stupid leftists talk about the 2A and say 'Ashkully it's about the formation of militias' I always double down and amplify and think 'You're damn right let's start forming militias as well with all these weapons we have.'
Yeah, generally speaking the militia was all able bodied men. The founders were well aware of the threat of being conquered from without and the threat of being conquered by your own standing army. Their solution was to have guns "behind every blade of grass". Thus we can understand the introductory clause of the 2nd Amendment: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State..."
