Other lesbians with BRCA mutation?

Hi, I’m a 29 y.o. lesbian and recently tested positive for both BRCA1 and BRIP1.

I just had my first meeting with a gynecologic oncologist to start screening every 6 months.

She said typically it’s recommended to get preventative surgeries for ovarian cancer between 35-45.

Being a lesbian, conception is going to look different for me anyway so I wanted to see if anyone opted to go ahead and get their tubes removed at a younger age or if being a lesbian impacted your reproductive timeline or timeframe on getting any of the recommended preventative surgeries?
