Moonshine Production Disappearing

I pay the fee to start making mash, and add a flavor. It starts bottle production, I leave and go pick ingredients or do bootleg missions... when I come back, there are no bottles and I have to purchase the mash again to start production. I then have to pay the mash fee again to get it started, and it resets again at some point before I can deliver.
