Irregular period after bi-salp?

I had the surgery done November 4th, and during the surgery removed my Mirena IUD. Removing the IUD threw me into an early period, which was super fun to experience while recovering from surgery. Few weeks later on the 19th I started my period again, which I kind of expected since I’ve always been super regular and get my period around the 19th or early 20th.

I haven’t started my period yet, and I know it’s still technically early so I’m not too concerned about it, just more wondering if i should maybe be ready for some irregularities in my period??
